What exactly is Clicarity?

Clicarity is a work tracking system that gives your whole team live visibility of every order, from the moment it comes in to the moment it goes out. Your people update it on two screens.

How is this different from all-in-one business platforms?

Full-suite platforms manage accounting, inventory, HR and more. Clicarity does one thing: it tracks what is happening to your work, right now, and shows it on one screen. It sits underneath whatever you already run.

How fast can I get started?

Most businesses go live within five days. You share your process stages and the format you use today, and we build everything for you. There is nothing for you to configure.

Do my team members need to learn new software?

No. The update screen has two fields: which work, and what stage. That is all. Anyone on your team can do it the first time, without training and without a manual.

Can vendors also use Clicarity?

Yes. Vendors get their own login and can only see and update the work assigned to them. Their updates flow straight into your board, so outside work is as visible as everything else.

Is my data safe?

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything other than running your account. Everything runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure with encrypted access.
