Terms & Conditions
The short version: Use Clicarity for legitimate business purposes, pay your annual licence on time, don't misuse the platform, and your data remains yours. We keep the service running and support you throughout.
1. Agreement
By using the Clicarity platform or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form the agreement between you (the client) and Clicarity (Mumbai, India). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Clicarity provides a job process tracking platform that allows manufacturing and production businesses to track jobs, stages, quantities, and team activities in real time. The service is provided on an annual licence basis.
The service includes:
- Full setup and configuration by the Clicarity team
- Access to the Clicarity platform for your team and authorised users
- Ongoing support via WhatsApp, email, and remote sessions
- Software updates and improvements during the licence period
3. Licence & Payment
Clicarity is licensed on an annual basis. The licence covers your entire team — there are no per-user fees.
- Payment is due annually in advance
- Licences are non-refundable once the setup has been completed and the system is live
- Renewal pricing will be communicated at least 30 days before the renewal date
- Non-payment may result in suspension of access
4. Your Responsibilities
As a Clicarity client, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised parties
- Ensure your team uses the platform in accordance with the guidelines provided during setup
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and setup
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Clicarity platform
5. Your Data
All data you enter into Clicarity — job records, production data, stage updates, quantities — belongs entirely to you. Clicarity does not claim any ownership over your business data.
On account closure or non-renewal, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After 90 days, data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Our Responsibilities
Clicarity commits to:
- Maintaining the platform with reasonable uptime (target 99%)
- Protecting your data with enterprise-grade security measures
- Providing timely support for technical issues
- Notifying you of planned maintenance or significant changes
- Not selling, sharing, or accessing your business data without your explicit consent
7. Limitations of Liability
Clicarity is provided as a production tracking tool. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on data within the platform. The platform is designed to improve visibility — operational decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the licence fee paid for the current annual period.
8. Intellectual Property
The Clicarity platform, its design, code, and methodology are the intellectual property of Clicarity. Clients are granted a licence to use the platform — not ownership of it. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the product.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- By client: Written notice before the next renewal date. No refund for the current period.
- By Clicarity: In cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach.
10. Modifications to the Service
Clicarity may update or modify the platform from time to time to improve functionality. We will not remove core features without reasonable notice. New features may be introduced at no additional cost or as part of an updated licence.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
