Clicarity is a job process tracking system developed and operated by Clicarity (Mumbai, India). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at clicarity.com or our software service.

- Name, company name, and contact details when you book a demo or contact us via WhatsApp or email
- Business process information you share during onboarding (stage names, job formats, terminology)
- Job and production data entered by your team when using the Clicarity platform
Information collected automatically:
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, time on site) via Google Analytics
- Technical information (browser type, device type) for performance optimisation
3. How We Use Your Information
- To set up and configure your Clicarity account around your process
- To provide ongoing support and service
- To respond to your enquiries and demo requests
- To improve the product based on usage patterns (anonymised)
We do not use your business data for any purpose beyond providing you the service.
4. Your Data — What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your data to any third party
- We do not share your production data, job records, or business information with anyone
- We do not access your data internally beyond what is required to provide technical support
- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes

- Encryption at rest using AES-256 (AWS S3 default)
- Encryption in transit via TLS
- Hosted on AWS EC2 and S3 infrastructure
- Stored in PostgreSQL database on Oracle servers
- Role-based access control — users see only their authorised scope
- ISO 27001 certification actively in progress
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you are an active Clicarity client. If you discontinue the service, your data is deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request. We do not retain historical production data beyond what is required for your active use.
7. Third-Party Services
Clicarity uses the following third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics (anonymised)
- Google Tag Manager — tag management for analytics
- Calendly — demo booking (name, email, meeting time)
- WhatsApp Business — customer communication (messages you send us)
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) — cloud hosting and storage
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share production or business data with any of these services beyond what is technically necessary.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the Clicarity platform.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
