Where Clicarity Fits

Whatever you use today, keep using it.

Clicarity does not replace your ERP, your CRM, your billing software or your spreadsheets. It sits underneath them and covers the part none of them were built for — the people actually doing the work.

Book a Demo How it works
The three layers

Every business has three layers. Most only have software for two.

Your existing systems sit at the top, handling accounts, billing and customers. Your people sit at the bottom, doing the actual work. The layer in between is usually a register, a WhatsApp group, or somebody's memory.

You already have this
Your office systems
ERP, CRM, Tally, billing, Google Sheets. Accounts, invoices, customers, taxes. Good at what they do. Keep them.
live figures flow up
The missing layer
Clicarity
Where every job, every order and every material actually is, right now — updated by the people doing the work, in two screens, with no licence to buy for any of them.
updated as work happens
Where the work happens
Your team
The operator, the packer, the godown fellow, the site supervisor, the person on the machine. The people who know what is really going on.
Two starting points

You are probably in one of these two situations.

If you run an ERP or CRM
It was built for the office.

You spent real money on it, and for accounts and billing it does the job. The floor is a different matter.

  • You cannot buy a user licence for every team member — so most of them never touch it
  • Updates happen at the end of the day, or the next morning, or not at all
  • Detail below the order level was never part of it — which stage, which component, whose wastage
  • Changing anything means calling the implementation partner and waiting
So the system is always a day behind the factory.
If you run on spreadsheets
It got you this far.

And that is not a small thing. It is free, everyone knows it, and it bent to your business instead of the other way round.

  • Everybody can edit everything — one wrong click and a number is gone
  • No record of who changed what, so a disagreement has no answer
  • It only tells you something when you open it. It never comes to you
  • One person really maintains it. When they leave, it goes with them
It got you here. It cannot get you further.
Different roads. Same place.

Whichever one you are on, the question you cannot answer is the same: where is that job, that order, that material — right now, without asking anyone?

Nothing gets thrown away

You are adding a layer, not starting again.

Your ERP keeps doing accounts
Invoices, taxes, ledgers, payroll. None of that moves. Clicarity never touches it.
Your spreadsheets can stay
If a sheet still works for something, keep it. Figures from Clicarity can flow into it automatically.
Your process stays yours
We build around the stages, forms and words you already use. Nobody has to learn a new way of working.
Your team keeps their phones
Two screens, unlimited licences. The people who never had access to the ERP finally have somewhere to update.
Your data comes back
What Clicarity records can be sent back into your ERP, CRM or Google Sheets — so the office sees it without anyone retyping.
Your reports still work
Already using Power BI or a reporting tool? It can read from Clicarity the same way it reads from anything else.
The name for this

This layer has a name. It is called MES.

A manufacturing execution system tracks the making of a product — from raw material to finished goods — at the level your ERP does not reach. Full MES platforms are heavy, expensive, and take months to put in.

Clicarity is the light version of that layer, built around the process you already run. Your consultant will know the term. Your team will never need to.

Questions people ask

Straight answers.

Do I have to stop using my ERP?

No, and you should not. Your ERP handles accounts, billing and customers, and it does that well. Clicarity covers the layer below it — where the work actually happens — and can send its figures back up to your ERP.

We are only on Google Sheets. Is this too big a jump?

No. Most businesses we work with came straight from spreadsheets. Your team updates two screens instead of a sheet, and you get roles, history and alerts that a sheet cannot give you. If you want to keep some sheets, keep them — figures can flow into them.

Will this need my IT team or an implementation partner?

No. Our team sets it up around your existing process. There is no implementation project, no consultant on site for months, and no waiting for a partner to make a change later.

What if my process changes next year?

Then the system changes with it. That is the difference between software built around your process and software you were fitted into.

Can it connect to what we already have?

Yes. Data can move both ways — orders in from where they already arrive, figures out to your ERP, CRM, Google Sheets or reporting tool.
